Slept great last night, a camp site is always nice, that and a hot shower, walked about 23 miles today, in the town of Vale Or., almost in Idaho... Walked around Vale for a bit, looking for a place to hang my hat tonight...I passed a small Lutheran church, there was something going on, I stopped in old them what I was doing, asked if they knew of a place I could stay tonight, hoping they would offer...and they did...they said I could stay in their building tonight, it's a small place, a converted house really..but I did notice a sofa...yeah....so "sister Dottie" said I'd need to be back by 9 pm, and someone would be back around 7 am...lucky me...so I dropped my cart there and walked down the block to a Mexican restaurant, which is where I am as I type this.
